I believe it takes a marriage of tenacity and ‘I’ve been in your shoes’ experience.
In my lifetime, I’ve been fortunate to have been on both sides of a real estate transaction. A condo, investment properties, a log cabin in Alberta, homes for the special needs and most recently a new build in Niagara Falls. I’ve experienced the emotional marathon that real estate can be and often is. Some experiences brought tears while others have been labours of love. What was consistent for me was the realization that I needed someone by my side that was not just my agent but an advocate who was loyal and empathetic.
While I’m a newly minted real estate agent, I believe my past work experience co-owning and running businesses ranging from warehousing to operating homes for the special needs has been parallel to the requirements of being a good REALTOR®. They’ve taught me to be a focused listener, a solid communicator, a natural problem-solver and how to best adapt to changing situations. I’m a lover of knowledge and can help guide my clients on their buying, selling or relocating journey.
